Repeat Prescriptions

Repeat prescriptions can be ordered as follows

1. On repeat phone line.
2. By leaving note at reception in box provided.  
3. Online, via the form on this page

Telephone ordering:
Tel 777 68666.  This line is open from 9am to 11am on Mondays and 9am - 12.00noon Tuesday to Friday. Prescriptions if ordered before 12 noon will be ready in 48 hours.  If prescription is ordered after 12 noon then it will be ready in 48 hours starting the following morning. Please ensure that you have the precise name and dosage of your medication when you are re-ordering.

Please order repeat prescriptions directly from us and not via the chemist. Please no not change your nominated chemist online - contact reception to do this. 

All prescriptions will be collected directly from a nominated chemist and not the surgery.

THERE WILL BE NO REPEAT SERVICE ON 23rd OR 30TH DEC 2024. 

Please allow 24 hours, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays, for your request to be processed. Any problems please telephone the surgery.
