To register with the practice please call at reception with completed medical card.  You will be given a medical questionnaire to fill out at the desk and an appointment will be sent to you to attend a ‘new patient check’. You will be given a copy of our Practice Leaflet. 

You  may only register with the practice if you live within a 7 mile radius of our practice address
 
While registration is with the practice you may express a preference to receive services from a particular GP.  If you express a preference then this will be recorded in your notes. 
 

The practice has a self care policy which can be viewed at the medical centre.  We also have a wide range of leaflets on self care for your information.  These include common cold, headaches, low back pain,  acne, fever in children,eczema, heartburn and indigestion, constipation, sprains and strains, cough, otitis media, sinusitis

Minor ailments can be treated at your local chemist - a list is availabe at the chemist.
